Project inquiries

When you submit a project brief, we collect the name, email address, project description and selected inquiry type you provide. We store these on our controlled server to review inquiries and contact you about your request. The database is not publicly accessible. Records are retained for up to 90 days, with deletion performed during new inquiry processing. This is not an immediate deletion guarantee.

Other services

Links to Holliday and other websites take you to those services, which have their own terms and privacy practices. Essential server access logs may temporarily contain network metadata for security and troubleshooting.

Requests

To ask for correction or deletion of an inquiry, use the reference displayed after submission when contacting Druvex Lab through an established official channel. We will add direct privacy contact details once verified.
